Wendy founded the business with husband John in 1989, primarily in the care home sector. This was successful and when a local G.P. requested St Margaret’s help, with a client over the Christmas period, which we did, there started our journey into the Homecare Sector. In 2012 Wendy and John, decided to focus solely on the Homecare industry and offer an outstanding service in Harrogate. In recent years it has been extended to York and Selby.
Wendy is a qualified NVQ Registered Manager with CQC, and she cares greatly for her staff and client’s wellbeing. The staff numbers increase year on year to meet the growing demand for our services. Many of the St Margaret’s team have been with Wendy for 15-20 years. We have a great longstanding team, something Wendy is very proud of.
