Dear Wendy, As I haven’t met you and Betty at Hell Wath recently, I thought I must write to say a big “thank you” to you and your team  of helpers and Lisa coming to help us and the wonderful care you have given Audrey.  The improvement in her is quite remarkable, and due in huge part, to the confidence that having someone nice is coming to see if she is OK every morning has given her.  We really didn’t know how well she would take to having daily help – to say we are all pleased is an understatement. It has made Audrey go back to being the remarkable 92 year old she was before Christmas. We all hope very much that your company will be able to continue to visit her.
