If you or your loved one needs support through the night, our private carers can stay overnight in the home. This service can include morning or evening assistance as needed.

Birdie is a new care management system that helps clients, their families and carers stay up to date with the care plan, and receive updates in real time. It cuts down on administration time, and helps bring families closer together. If your loved one is receiving home care services from us, you can log in at any time to see how they are, thanks to comments left regularly by their private carer. This is ideal for family members located outside of Harrogate or Selby. Data is handled with confidentiality, so you can rest assured your private information is in safe hands.

Wendy founded the business with husband John in 1989, primarily in the care home sector.

Ross trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG and has worked in finance for 15 years in England and overseas.
