Dear Wendy, As I haven’t met you and Betty at Hell Wath recently, I thought I must write to say a big “thank you” to you and your team of helpers and Lisa coming to help us and the wonderful care you have given Audrey. The improvement in her is quite remarkable, and due in huge part, to the confidence that having someone nice is coming to see if she is OK every morning has given her. We really didn’t know how well she would take to having daily help – to say we are all pleased is an understatement. It has made Audrey go back to being the remarkable 92 year old she was before Christmas. We all hope very much that your company will be able to continue to visit her. Thanks again Sandra, Paul, Roy and Audrey x

We have been really pleased with how St Margaret’s Homecare have cared for Mum, even though it has only been for a short period of time and we would have been very happy to have continued with you, if Mum’s condition had stabilised. Unfortunately, due to her continued falls, which only happen when she is on her own, we have had to reach the decision that 24 hour care is the best option for Mum going forward.

Please can you pass on our thanks to the Selby team, who have been a pleasure to deal with? Communication with the team has been excellent and they have provided a very high standard of care to Mum, which we really appreciate. We would definitely recommend St Margaret’s to anyone else looking for carers for a relative.
