Wendy Kneller Founder/Director

Wendy founded the business with husband John in 1989, primarily in the care home sector.

Ross Kneller Director

Ross trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG & has worked in finance for 15 years in England & overseas.

Vicky Clark Harrogate Registered Manager

Vicky is Wendy’s wing woman in Harrogate and started off as a carer for St Margaret’s in Harrogate.

Abby Yates York & Selby Registered Care Manager

Abby started working as a carer in Harrogate. She showed great potential & enthusiasm & has worked her way up to run our Selby & York office.

Lisa Millea Field Manager

Lisa has been a key part of the team since 2006
as a carer in the community.
She is our qualified moving and handling trainer.
Her experience is exceptional.

Sharon Watson York Area Manager

Sharon is our Area Manager in York and is currently working towards her level 5 NVQ. Sharon is integral to our specialist service and provides training and support for our clients with Dementia.

Vicky Lawson Harrogate Assistant Manager

Vicky joined our Harrogate team as a carer in 2019 and quickly demonstrated exceptional commitment and potential. Through her dedication and passion for high-quality care, she progressed within the team and is now an Assistant Manager in our Harrogate office.

We have various certified trainers within Harrogate, Selby and York. This ensures we have the best trained staff and their continued professional development leads to a better quality of service for all of our clients.
