2024: That’s a Wrap for our 36^th Year

We look back on 2024 to celebrate some of the achievements by our amazing, dedicated team.

 

36 Years of Excellence

This year we cebrated 36 years of providing personalised and compassionate care to families across North Yorkshire. A true testament to the passion, commitment, and excellence that define our amazing team. Over the past three decades, we’ve had the privilege of supporting countless families, providing compassionate and personalised care to those in need.

 

Here is to starting year 37!

 

New Baby Additions:

Two of our team (Steph & Becky-Jo) welcomed beautiful babies into the world this year. We hope they both enjoyed their first Christmas with the new additions!

 

Happy Retirement:

Ann was part of the St Margarets Homecare family for over a decade and said hello to a well-deserved retirement!

 

Awards

We were honoured with a prestigious SME UK Enterprise Award (recognising commitment to providing exceptional home care services in the UK) and Corporate Livewire named us Home Healthcare Provider of the Year for Innovation and Excellence,  celebrating our dedication to innovation and outstanding service.

Well done to the incredible team at St Margarets Homecare for making this possible!

 

Community Engagement:

Our team continued to engage with the local community through various events and initiatives, strengthening our presence and support in Harrogate, Selby, York, and surrounding areas.

We partnered with Adopt a Grandparent and hope to continue promoting their amazing work in 2025.

 

Client Satisfaction:

Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and receiving positive feedback from clients and their families, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted provider of home care services.

 

Celebrity Endorsement:

Maisie Adam started her Harrogate comedy gig with a class roast of the audience. She did not expect to end up talking to some of the team who look after her grandmother!

Qualification Success:

We are committed to offering continuous training and development to empower our team with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care. Well done to Emma Y and Emma R who passed their level 5 & 3 respectively this year.

Another standout highlight was becoming an affiliated sponsor for migrant workers in the UK. This milestone not only reflects our commitment to excellence in home care but also highlights our dedication to supporting and empowering the workforce that makes the exceptional care we provide possible.

Year 36 was a great year to look back on. We are so lucky and proud to have such a fantastic team and look forward to making year 37 our greatest yet!
